About The Position

Circle K is hiring a part-time Customer Service Representative for its Tiffin, Ohio store. The role is for overnight shifts, with weekday and weekend availability required. The representative serves customers in a fast-paced retail environment, works across different areas of the store, and helps maintain store appearance while providing fast, friendly service. The position includes task variety, comprehensive paid training, and opportunities for career advancement.

Requirements

Ability to stand and/or walk for up to 8 hours.
Ability to lift and/or carry up to 30 pounds from ground to overhead for up to 30 minutes in a shift.
Occasionally lift and/or carry up to 60 pounds from ground to waist level.
Push or pull with the arms using up to 20 pounds of force.
Bend at the waist with some twisting for up to one hour per shift.
Grasp, reach, and manipulate objects with the hands; handwork requires eye-hand coordination and may involve climbing a ladder.

Responsibilities

Greet customers and provide fast, friendly service.
Operate the register and handle cashiering.
Make purchase suggestions and sell products to customers.
Sometimes work with the store's food program.
Work in different areas inside and outside the store to maintain store appearance standards.
Work with the team to accomplish daily store tasks and goals.
Maintain regular and predictable onsite attendance.
