About The Position

National Fitness Partners, the largest Planet Fitness franchise, serves over one million members across more than 200 clubs and aims to create an affordable, Judgement Free fitness experience. The Customer Service Representative provides a superior level of service to members, prospective members, and guests, helping ensure an exceptional member experience. This is a part-time, second-shift role at the Morrisville, Pennsylvania club. Starting pay is $12 per hour, with hourly increases at 180 days, one year, and every six months thereafter based on the employee’s anniversary date.

Requirements

• Customer service experience.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Basic computer proficiency.
• Frequent lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling; must be able to lift up to 75 pounds.
• Will encounter cleaning chemicals during the shift.
• Frequent climbing, balancing, kneeling, and crouching during the shift.
• Continual reaching with hands, fingers, and arms during the shift.

Responsibilities

• Provide a superior level of customer service to members, prospective members, and guests.
• Answer phones in a friendly manner using the information script.
• Greet members, sign up and tour new members, and log amenities.
• Respond to member questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
• Process beverage or merchandise purchases through the point-of-sale system.
• Promote PE@PF fitness instruction classes to current and new members.
• Help maintain a clean, sanitized, and safe club environment.
