About The Position

National Fitness Partners is hiring a part-time Customer Service Representative at its Statesville, North Carolina Planet Fitness club. The role provides customer service to members, prospective members, and guests while supporting an exceptional Judgement Free experience and keeping the club clean, sanitized, and safe. The position offers 15–25 hours per week, with hours subject to business needs and scheduling requirements. The listed schedule is Monday–Thursday, 4:00 PM–11:15 PM; Friday, 4:00 PM–9:15 PM; and some weekends, with shifts varying between 7:00 AM and 7:00 PM. Flexible availability, including evenings and some weekends, is required. Starting pay is $11 per hour, with hourly increases at 180 days, one year, and every six months thereafter based on the employee’s anniversary date. Salary range is undisclosed.

Requirements

• Customer service experience.
• Basic computer proficiency.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must be able to lift up to 75 pounds.
• Flexible availability, including evenings and some weekends.

• High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide a superior level of customer service to Planet Fitness members, prospective members, and guests.
• Answer phones in a friendly manner using the information script.
• Greet members, sign up and tour new members, and log amenities.
• Respond to member questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
• Process beverage and merchandise purchases through the point-of-sale system.
• Promote PE@PF fitness instruction classes to active and new members.
• Maintain a clean, sanitized, and safe club environment.
