About The Position

National Fitness Partners is hiring a part-time Customer Service Representative at its Belair club in Baltimore, Maryland. The role provides a superior level of service to Planet Fitness members, prospective members, and guests, helping create an exceptional Judgement Free experience. The position starts at $15 per hour, with hourly increases at 180 days, one year, and every six months thereafter based on the employee’s anniversary date. Select shifts receive shift-differential pay.

Requirements

• Customer service experience.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Basic computer proficiency.
• Frequent lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling; must be able to lift up to 75 pounds.
• Must be able to work around cleaning chemicals during shifts.
• Frequent climbing, balancing, kneeling, and crouching during shifts.
• Continual reaching with hands, fingers, and arms during shifts.

Nice To Haves

• High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide a superior level of customer service to members, prospective members, and guests.
• Answer phones in a friendly manner using the information script.
• Greet members, sign up and tour new members, and log amenities.
• Respond to member questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
• Process beverage and merchandise purchases through the point-of-sale system.
• Promote PE@PF fitness instruction classes to current and new members.
• Help maintain a clean, sanitized, and safe club environment.
