About The Position

National Fitness Partners is seeking a part-time Customer Service Representative for its Planet Fitness club in Broomall, Pennsylvania. The role provides customer service to members, prospective members, and guests while helping deliver an exceptional Judgement Free fitness experience. Starting pay is $11.00 per hour, with hourly increases at 180 days, one year, and every six months thereafter based on the employee’s anniversary date. Shift-differential pay is available for select shifts.

Requirements

• Customer service experience.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Basic computer proficiency.
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds.
• Ability to perform frequent lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling.
• Ability to perform frequent climbing, balancing, kneeling, and crouching, and continual reaching with hands, fingers, and arms.
• Will encounter cleaning chemicals during the shift.

Responsibilities

• Provide a superior level of customer service to members, prospective members, and guests.
• Answer phones in a friendly manner using the information script.
• Greet members, sign up and tour new members, and log amenities.
• Respond to member questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
• Process beverage or merchandise purchases through the point-of-sale system.
• Promote PE@PF fitness instruction classes to active and new members.
• Help maintain a clean, sanitized, and safe club environment.
