About The Position

National Fitness Partners is hiring a part-time Customer Service Representative at its Planet Fitness club in Hummelstown, Pennsylvania. The role provides customer service to members, prospective members, and guests, helping create an exceptional Judgement Free fitness experience. The starting rate is $11 per hour, with hourly increases at 180 days, one year, and every six months thereafter based on the employee’s anniversary date. The listed schedule is Thursday 5 p.m.–10 p.m., Friday 4 p.m.–9 p.m., and Saturday and Sunday 3 p.m.–7 p.m.

Requirements

• Customer service experience.
• Basic computer proficiency.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide a superior level of customer service to members, prospective members, and guests.
• Answer phones in a friendly manner using the information script.
• Greet members, sign up and tour new members, and log amenities.
• Respond to member questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
• Process beverage and merchandise purchases through the point-of-sale system.
• Promote PE@PF fitness instruction classes to active and new members.
• Help maintain a clean, sanitized, and safe club environment.
