Responsibilities

  • Answer inbound phone calls and internet inquiries
  • Schedule appointments for our sales team
  • Follow up with customers regarding vehicle availability and dealership promotions
  • Re-engage previous customers and unsold prospects
  • Confirm upcoming appointments
  • Maintain accurate customer records in our CRM system
  • Work closely with the sales team to maximize appointment show rates
  • Deliver an exceptional customer experience on every interaction
  • Communicate professionally through phone, text, and email
