About The Position

Domino’s Pizza is seeking customer service representatives with strong people skills. The role supports store operations by assisting customers, processing orders, preparing products, and working with other team members. On-the-job orientation and training are provided. The position may be part-time or full-time, and the company describes opportunities for advancement into management and other roles.

Requirements

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Ability to understand and provide correct written instructions.
• Ability to communicate verbally with customers and coworkers in person and by telephone.
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly, with a calculator if needed.
• Ability to make correct monetary change.
• Verbal, writing, and telephone skills for taking and processing orders.
• Motor coordination to make rapid and accurate movements with the eyes, hands, and fingers.
• Ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.
• Ability to direct activities, perform repetitive tasks, work independently and with others, work under stress, meet quality standards, deal with people, analyze and compile data, and make judgments and decisions.
• Ability to perform the listed physical tasks, including standing, walking, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, climbing, bending, crouching, reaching, and continuous use of hands.
• Ability to lift and stack deliveries weighing up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Operate store equipment.
• Stock ingredients from delivery areas into storage, work areas, and the walk-in cooler.
• Prepare products.
• Receive and process telephone orders and take orders in person.
• Take inventory and complete related paperwork.
• Clean equipment and the facility approximately daily.
• Communicate with customers and coworkers to process orders.
• Unload product deliveries using a hand truck and place supplies on shelves.
• Perform store tasks such as stocking, cleaning, and maintaining the facility.
