About The Position
The Customer Service Representative works as part of the Domino’s store team to prepare products, serve customers, and process orders. The role may be part-time or full-time and offers flexible scheduling. On-the-job orientation and training are provided, with opportunities for advancement into management and other roles. Some team members may also deliver products to customers, flyers, and door hangers; delivery duties require a valid driver’s license, a safe driving record, and access to an insured vehicle.
Requirements
- Must be at least 16 years of age.
- Ability to understand and provide correct written instructions.
- Ability to communicate verbally with customers and coworkers in person and by telephone to process orders.
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly; a calculator may be used.
- Ability to make correct monetary change.
- Verbal, writing, and telephone skills for taking and processing orders.
- Hand-eye coordination and the ability to make precise, rapid movements.
- Ability to work alone and with others, perform repetitive tasks, work under stress, meet quality standards, deal with people, analyze and compile data, and make judgments and decisions.
- For delivery duties: valid driver’s license, a safe driving record meeting company standards, and access to an insured vehicle that can be used for delivery.
- Ability to meet the physical demands described, including standing, walking, lifting, carrying, pushing or pulling, climbing, bending, crouching, reaching, and, for delivery duties, driving.
Responsibilities
- Operate store equipment.
- Stock ingredients and supplies from delivery areas to storage, work areas, and the walk-in cooler.
- Prepare products.
- Receive and process telephone orders and take orders in person.
- Take inventory and complete associated paperwork.
- Clean equipment and the facility approximately daily.
- Use a computer keyboard or touch screen to enter orders.
- Deliver products by car to customers’ doors when assigned delivery duties.
- Deliver flyers and door hangers when assigned delivery duties.
