About The Position
GM Pizza, a locally owned and operated independent Domino's franchise, is seeking customer service representatives with strong people skills. Team members help make, bake, or take pizzas during busy periods and may work part time or full time. Flexible scheduling is offered, and the role may provide opportunities to advance into management or other positions within the franchise. On-the-job orientation and training are provided. The position includes customer service and general store-team duties such as processing orders by phone and in person, preparing products, stocking ingredients, operating equipment, taking inventory, completing paperwork, and cleaning. Depending on assigned duties, team members may also deliver products within a designated area.
Requirements
- Must be at least 16 years old.
- Ability to understand and give correct written instructions.
- Ability to communicate verbally with customers and coworkers, including by telephone, to process orders.
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly, with a calculator if needed.
- Ability to make correct monetary change.
- Verbal, writing, and telephone skills for taking and processing orders.
- Motor coordination to make precise movements rapidly and accurately.
- Ability to work alone and with others, perform repetitive tasks, work under stress, meet quality standards, deal with people, analyze and compile data, and make judgments and decisions.
- For delivery duties: valid driver's license with a safe driving record meeting company standards.
- For delivery duties: access to an insured vehicle that can be used for delivery.
Responsibilities
- Operate store equipment.
- Stock ingredients and supplies from delivery areas into storage, work areas, and the walk-in cooler.
- Prepare products.
- Receive and process telephone orders and communicate with customers in person.
- Take inventory and complete related paperwork.
- Clean equipment and the facility approximately daily.
- Enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.
- Deliver products by car to customers within the designated delivery area when assigned.
- Deliver flyers and door hangers when assigned.
