About The Position

Team Wow is hiring customer service representatives and expediters to support its growing Domino’s business. The role focuses on providing excellent customer service and food while working as part of a diligent team. Schedules may be part time or full time and are described as flexible around team members’ other commitments. On-the-job orientation and training are provided. Advancement opportunities may include management and franchise ownership.

Requirements

Be at least 16 years of age.
Understand and provide correct written instructions.
Communicate verbally with customers and coworkers to process orders in person and by phone.
Add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly; a calculator may be used.
Make correct monetary change.
Have verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders.
Coordinate eyes and hands or fingers to make precise movements rapidly and accurately.
Enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.
Be able to work alone and with others, perform repetitive tasks, work under stress, meet quality-control standards, and make judgments and decisions.
Meet the physical demands of the role, including standing for most tasks, walking short distances, and lifting and carrying supplies weighing up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

Operate store equipment.
Stock ingredients and supplies from delivery areas to storage, work areas, and the walk-in cooler.
Prepare products.
Receive and process telephone orders, including communicating with customers in person and by phone.
Take inventory and complete associated paperwork.
Clean equipment and the facility approximately daily.
Expedite orders to delivery and carryout vehicles.
Follow quality-control standards and work effectively with customers and coworkers.
