About The Position

Team Wow is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Rep/Expediter for its 956 Cherry St location in Louisville. The role provides customer service while managing and expediting orders to support timely delivery. The employee serves as a contact for customer inquiries, processes orders, coordinates order fulfillment and delivery timelines, tracks orders, provides status updates, maintains customer records, and helps resolve discrepancies or delays. The position also involves identifying appropriate upselling opportunities, assisting with food preparation, and helping keep the store clean. Requirements

At least 16 years of age.
Strong verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with customers and team members.
Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

Strong time management skills and ability to meet deadlines.
