About The Position

The Customer Service Rep/Expediter supports store operations and customer service at Domino’s Pizza. The role includes preparing products, receiving and processing orders by phone and in person, expediting orders to delivery and carryout vehicles, stocking ingredients, taking inventory, completing paperwork, and cleaning equipment and the facility. On-the-job orientation and training are provided. Schedules may be part-time or full-time and are described as accommodating employees’ other commitments.

Requirements

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Ability to understand and provide correct written instructions.
• Ability to communicate verbally with customers and co-workers.
• Ability to perform basic arithmetic accurately and quickly, using a calculator if needed.
• Ability to make correct monetary change.
• Verbal, writing, and telephone skills for taking and processing orders.
• Motor coordination and eye-hand coordination to make precise movements rapidly and accurately.
• Ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.
• Ability to direct activities, perform repetitive tasks, work alone and with others, work under stress, meet quality-control standards, deal with people, analyze and compile data, and make judgments and decisions.
• Ability to meet the physical demands of the role, including standing for most tasks, walking short distances, lifting deliveries weighing up to 50 pounds, and frequent reaching and hand use.

Responsibilities

• Operate store equipment.
• Stock ingredients from the delivery area into storage, work areas, and the walk-in cooler.
• Prepare products.
• Receive and process telephone orders.
• Communicate with customers and co-workers to process orders by phone and in person.
• Take inventory and complete associated paperwork.
• Clean equipment and the facility approximately daily.
• Expedite orders to delivery and carryout vehicles.
• Unload and store deliveries, including lifting and stacking supplies.
