About The Position

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team. This role is responsible for managing customer accounts, processing orders, and ensuring a high level of service throughout the order lifecycle. The ideal candidate can effectively coordinate with internal teams such as sales, warehouse, and logistics.

Requirements

  • 1-2+ years of customer service experience, preferably in distribution, manufacturing.
  • Experience with ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite, Acumatica, SAP, etc.) Willing to train
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • High attention to detail and problem-solving ability
  • Basic in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)

Responsibilities

  • Process customer orders accurately and efficiently in ERP systems
  • Respond to customer inquiries regarding order status, product availability, pricing, and shipping timelines
  • Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure timely fulfillment and delivery
  • Resolve customer issues, including order discrepancies, returns, and claims
  • Maintain strong relationships with customers through consistent communication
  • Monitor open orders and proactively address potential delays or issues
  • Assist with invoicing, credits, and general account maintenance
  • Support sales team with order management and customer follow-ups
