Do you enjoy working with orders, quotes, details, and customer needs—and want to take the next step into a professional role with a well-established manufacturing company?! This role involves developing a strong working rapport with a national customer base, working strategically with customers, peers, and management, and reviewing customer requests to provide quotes that match their requirements. You will follow up via email and phone to determine if quotes have been won or lost, receive and accurately enter customer orders, and coordinate shipping to meet customer expectations. Collaboration with Production Control, Manufacturing, Purchasing, Engineering, and Accounting departments during all phases of the quote and order processes is key, as is reviewing and resolving customer issues that may arise.
