In this role, you’ll be the frontline connection between our customers and the broader organization, ensuring orders, questions, and issues are handled accurately and professionally. Requirements

  • 2+ years of customer service experience in a product‑based environment or KPI‑driven role
  • Hands‑on experience with order entry in an ERP system
  • Strong email communication skills in a high‑volume environment
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Word
  • Solid general computer skills and attention to detail
  • High School diploma or equivalent

Nice To Haves

  • Claims or order claims processing experience
  • CRM experience, preferably Microsoft Dynamics
  • Inbound phone support experience (50+ calls/day)
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel

Responsibilities

  • Manage a high volume of customer emails (50–100+ per day) and order requests
  • Enter and manage customer orders and inquiries in ERP and CRM systems
  • Serve as a trusted resource for questions related to shipping, pricing, product availability, and order status
  • Research customer questions using multiple systems to provide accurate, timely solutions
  • Create and track cases to address customer issues and ensure resolution
  • Collaborate across internal teams to resolve customer needs—both expressed and anticipated
  • Communicate directly with customers across multiple channels
  • Provide transparency and updates by applying critical thinking and problem‑solving skills
  • Handle internal and external inquiries while proactively offering solutions
  • Support exception management and reporting as needed
  • Consistently deliver a smooth, frictionless customer experience
