About The Position

Uline is hiring a paid, year-round Customer Service Intern at its Kenosha Branch. The intern will work alongside experienced professionals in a collaborative contact center, help address customer challenges, and develop communication and problem-solving skills through hands-on training and ongoing support. The internship is intended for junior and senior college students and offers work throughout the school year for 15 hours per week. The role is on-site.

Requirements

• Must be a junior or senior college student.
• Experience with Microsoft Office.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills, and a strong work ethic.
• Available to work 15 hours per week during the school year.

Responsibilities

• Guide and process customer orders and account inquiries using Uline technology.
• Build business relationships with customers by phone, email, and chat.
• Help customers use Uline’s website and online ordering.
