About The Position

As a Collection Associate, you will help consumers resolve their accounts in an ethical, legal, professional, timely, and transparent manner. The role is suited to someone who enjoys a fast-paced, dynamic, customer-service and deadline-oriented environment. CBE provides three weeks of paid training and promotes from within. This is a full-time, in-office position with a 40-hour schedule over five days: four days from either 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. or 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., and one day from 11:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. Compensation is $14.00–$15.00 per hour plus commission. Commissions may range from $300 to $600 per month when individual and department goals are met. Background checks and drug testing are required.

Requirements

At least 18 years of age.
High school diploma or GED.
At least 9 months of work history; customer service experience is preferred.
Computer and typing skills.
Excellent attendance.
Self-starter with strong attention to detail.
Customer service mindset.
Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Strong work ethic and competitive drive.
