About The Position

Requirements

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to consumers and third parties on inbound and outbound calls.
Work with consumers to resolve their accounts.
Follow a call flow to guide calls and locate consumer contact information.
Document calls accurately and completely, and comply with state and federal debt collection laws and client standards.
Implement client-required changes positively and efficiently.
Review management-provided statistics to ensure job requirements are being met.
