About The Position

This entry-level manager trainee, account manager trainee, collections, and sales role requires bilingual Spanish and English communication. Compensation is $38,000–$45,000 per year, based on experience and performance, with monthly bonuses and advancement opportunities. The company is a drug-free workplace. The role combines sales of furniture, appliances, and electronics; customer collections and rental agreement renewals; delivery, pickup, and servicing of merchandise; freight handling; and cleaning and refurbishing previously rented merchandise. Employees drive company vehicles and perform other general duties as directed by management. The usual schedule is 8:30 a.m.–7:30 p.m. Monday through Friday and 8:00 a.m.–4:00 p.m. Saturday, with one of those days off and Sunday off. Hours may vary with store needs, and the position averages 45–50 hours per week.

Requirements

Bilingual Spanish and English communication skills.
Class D chauffeur's driver's license with a good motor vehicle record.
Be at least 23 years of age.
Excellent customer service skills.
Ability to regularly lift and carry 50–100 pounds.
A Class D chauffeur's driver's license is required.

Nice To Haves

Sales, collections, management, or customer service experience is helpful.
One year of sales, collections, or customer service experience is preferred.
One year of heavy lifting experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

Sell furniture, appliances, and electronics.
Contact customers by phone or at their homes to collect payments and renew rental agreements.
Deliver and pick up merchandise from customer homes.
Make service calls, troubleshoot rental merchandise, and deliver loaner items when needed.
Load and unload freight trucks.
Drive company vehicles.
Clean and refurbish previously rented merchandise.
Perform other general duties as directed by management.
