About The Position
Our client, an international company operating at the intersection of healthcare and technology, is hiring a bilingual Billing & Collections Analyst based in Brazil. The analyst will own invoicing, collections, and reconciliation, turning data from company systems into accurate invoices and helping ensure payments are received on time.
Requirements
- Fluent Portuguese and English, written and spoken.
- Proven experience creating invoices from company systems.
- Experience with collections and payment reconciliation.
- Hands-on experience with accounting software.
Nice To Haves
- Experience with Xero is preferred.
- QuickBooks experience is also considered; the tools are similar.
Responsibilities
- Create and issue invoices from the company's internal systems.
- Manage collections and follow up on outstanding payments.
- Reconcile payments received against issued invoices.
- Keep billing records accurate and up to date in the accounting software (Xero).
- Communicate with clients and the US team in English.
