About The Position

This entry-level manager trainee, account manager trainee, collections, and sales position serves bilingual Spanish- and English-speaking customers. The role involves selling furniture, appliances, and electronics; contacting customers by phone or at their homes to renew rental agreements; delivering and picking up merchandise; troubleshooting rental merchandise and delivering loaners when needed; loading and unloading freight; driving company vehicles; and cleaning and refurbishing previously rented merchandise. Other general duties may be assigned by management. The workplace is drug-free.

Work hours are generally 8:30 a.m.–7:30 p.m. Monday through Friday and 8:00 a.m.–4:00 p.m. Saturday, with one of those days off and Sundays off. Hours may vary based on store needs. The position averages 45–50 hours per week. Pay is $38,000–$45,000 per year, based on experience and performance, with monthly bonuses and advancement opportunities.

Requirements

• Bilingual Spanish and English proficiency.
• Class D chauffeur's driver's license with a good motor vehicle record (MVR).
• At least 23 years of age.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to regularly lift and carry 50–100 pounds.

Nice To Haves

• Sales, collections, management, or customer service experience is helpful.
• One year of sales, collections, or customer service experience is preferred.
• One year of heavy-lifting experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Sell furniture, appliances, and electronics.
• Contact customers by phone or at their homes to renew rental agreements.
• Deliver merchandise to and pick it up from customer homes.
