About The Position
As a Collection Associate, you will assist consumers in resolving their accounts in an ethical, legal, professional, timely, and transparent manner. The role suits someone who enjoys a fast-paced, dynamic, customer-service-oriented, and deadline-driven environment. CBE provides three weeks of paid training; call center experience is not necessary. The position is performed in an office and offers full-time schedules, competitive pay, benefits, and the opportunity to earn commissions. Background checks and drug testing are required.
Requirements
- At least 18 years of age.
- High school diploma or GED.
- At least 9 months of work history; customer service experience is preferred.
- Computer and typing skills.
- Excellent attendance.
- Self-starter with strong attention to detail.
- Customer service mindset.
- Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong work ethic and competitive drive.
- Ability to learn new information and integrate processes.
- Problem-solving skills and ability to recommend solutions.
- Must pass background checks and drug testing.
