About The Position

The Customer Service Associate provides prompt and reliable service to each guest while maintaining a strong commitment to teamwork, good communication, and adaptability. The role involves customer transactions, compliance with age-restricted product requirements, food and beverage preparation, store cleanliness, delivery procedures, safety, timekeeping, and daily recordkeeping.

A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred, and the role requires 0–6 months of work experience. Associates must be at least 16 years of age and successfully complete company training. Physical requirements include quickly traversing all parts of the location, standing for prolonged periods on a hard surfaced floor, and lifting, pushing, and pulling up to 25 pounds at a time.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the store according to management’s needs while providing excellent customer service.
• Complete customer transactions by scanning products or manually entering prices, finalizing sales, and collecting payments.
• Ensure compliance with requirements for age-restricted products, including tobacco, alcohol, and lottery products.
• Prepare food and beverages to meet customer expectations while following safe food-handling procedures.
• Maintain a clean and organized store, register area, and backroom.
• Maintain cleanliness outside the store.
• Ensure deliveries are made according to company policy.
• Maintain a safe and secure environment by following company safety methods.
• Properly record time worked.
• Complete daily paperwork and recordkeeping.
