About The Position

The Customer Service Associate provides prompt and reliable service to every guest while supporting teamwork, communicating effectively, and adapting to change. The role includes operating the register, handling age-restricted products, preparing food and beverages safely, maintaining the store and its surroundings, following company policies and safety procedures, and completing time records and daily paperwork.

Requirements

Must be at least 16 years of age.
Must successfully complete company training.
0–6 months of work experience.
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Must be able to traverse all parts of the location quickly.
Must be able to stand for prolonged periods on a hard-surfaced floor.
Must be able to lift, push, and pull up to 25 pounds at a time.
Strong commitment to teamwork, good communication skills, and ability to adapt to change.

Responsibilities

Maintain the store to management’s needs while providing excellent customer service to each guest.
Complete customer transactions by scanning products or manually entering prices, finalizing sales, and collecting payment.
Ensure compliance with age restrictions for products such as tobacco, alcohol, and lottery items.
Prepare food and beverages to meet customer expectations while following safe food-handling procedures.
Maintain a clean and organized store, register area, and backroom.
Maintain cleanliness outside the store.
Ensure deliveries are made according to company policy.
Maintain a safe and secure environment by following company safety methods.
Properly record time worked.
Complete daily paperwork and record-keeping.
