About The Position

The Customer Service Advisor works with a team in a customer-facing role, building trusting relationships and recommending products and services that meet customers’ needs. The role focuses on providing outstanding service and hospitality, creating memorable customer experiences, maintaining the location’s appearance and cleanliness, and following Mister Car Wash safety procedures and appearance policies. The position involves active outdoor work in varying temperatures and weather conditions.

Requirements

• Outgoing personality with strong people and listening skills.
• Ability to connect with customers.
• Attention to detail and pride in work.
• High energy and interest in being active outdoors in varying temperatures and weather conditions.
• Strong work ethic and team-player attitude.
• Ability to stand, squat, kneel, sit, walk up and down stairs, and remain mobile for long hours.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs. to the waist, 25 lbs. to the chest, and 15 lbs. above the head.

Responsibilities

• Build trusting relationships with customers and recommend products and services that best meet their needs.
• Provide outstanding service and hospitality in every interaction and create “Wow” moments for customers.
• Help maintain the location’s appearance and cleanliness.
• Follow all Mister Car Wash safety procedures and policies, including appearance expectations.
• Work with the team in a fun environment.
