About The Position

As a Customer Service Advisor, you are often the first and last face customers see. You create lasting impressions and build customer loyalty by using product knowledge and services to present oil change options and additional services. Valvoline Instant Oil Change provides training to help employees communicate successfully with guests and become knowledgeable about its products, services, and company. The role is based at 25 Columbia Point Dr, Richland, WA 99352. The position may involve cross-training as a top-side technician.

Requirements

Comfortable suggesting additional services based on inspections and/or manufacturer and Valvoline recommendations.
Effective interpersonal and oral communication skills.
Comfortable interacting with people face-to-face.
Eagerness to learn and grow.
English fluency in reading, writing, and speaking.
Ability to review, read, and understand written and digital training materials, safety procedures, labels, and operational instructions.
Occasionally lift up to 50 pounds.
Full mobility and ability to work with hands above the head.
Ability to stand for extended periods and climb stairs.
Comfortable working in a non-climate-controlled environment.
Willingness to be cross-trained as a top-side technician.
