About The Position
Stonebriar Auto Services is hiring full-time and part-time Guest Service Advisors, also called Customer Service Advisors or CSAs, for Jiffy Lube Multicare. The role involves consulting with guests to determine or recommend diagnostic and mechanical services needed for their vehicles. Work must be completed safely and efficiently while providing an outstanding guest service experience and contributing to an energetic, fun work environment. A current, valid driver's license is required. Previous experience in an automotive service environment is preferred but not required.
