About The Position

Stonebriar Auto Services is seeking an Assistant Store Manager for a Jiffy Lube location in Hampton, Georgia. As a member of the location management team, the Assistant Store Manager provides hands-on leadership, training, safety guidance, motivation, and direction to store teammates. The role supports operational objectives, store financial performance, and guest service goals while helping maintain an energetic and fun working environment. The Assistant Store Manager may also perform the duties of Lube Techs and Mechanics / Certified Technicians when business needs, absences, or other factors require it. Previous vehicle maintenance experience is preferred but not required; training is available for candidates with a stable work history in a physical environment and supervisory experience.

Requirements

• A current and valid driver's license.
• Stable work history in a physical environment and supervisory experience; candidates can be trained.
• Vehicle maintenance experience is strongly preferred but not required.
