About The Position
The Customer Sales Associate is a part-time, commission-driven sales role based at locations in Powdersville, Greenville, and Simpsonville, South Carolina. Compensation includes hourly base pay plus uncapped commission, with typical earnings of $15–$30 or more per hour and most total compensation coming from commission. The role is intended for someone comfortable selling, handling objections, and tying earnings to performance. The associate engages customers, sells car wash memberships and wash packages, explains offerings, recommends upgrades, and closes sales while providing customer service. The position also involves processing transactions and memberships and keeping the sales area clean and professional. Work takes place outdoors in a fast-paced setting and requires flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.
Requirements
- Previous sales experience is required; examples include retail sales, automotive, wireless, fitness, and commission-based roles.
