About The Position

The Customer Sales Associate actively engages customers and sells monthly car wash memberships and wash packages at locations in Powdersville, Greenville, and Simpsonville, South Carolina. This is a part-time, sales-focused position with base hourly pay plus uncapped commission; most total compensation comes from commission, and typical earnings are stated as $15–$30+/hour. Income is directly tied to sales results. The role involves explaining pricing and product benefits, recommending upgrades, overcoming objections, closing sales, and meeting sales goals while providing customer service. Associates also process transactions and memberships and maintain a clean, professional sales area. The position requires working outdoors in a fast-paced setting and may involve varying weather conditions. Availability must include weekends and holidays.

Requirements
