About The Position

Enterprise Mobility is hiring a Customer Experience Representative for its National/Alamo brands. The position provides superior, friendly, and efficient customer transactions and offers company-approved services and products to create a positive customer experience. It also facilitates rental transactions by verifying and documenting necessary driver information for an efficient and timely rental and return process. This is an onsite position at Sun Valley Idaho Airport, 1616 Airport Cir, Hailey, ID 83333. Starting pay is $21 per hour. The listed schedule is Sunday and Monday off, with shifts Tuesday through Saturday from 3 p.m. to 11 p.m.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years old.
Must be authorized to work in the United States and must not require work-authorization sponsorship from the company now or in the future.
High school diploma or GED required.
Must have a valid driver's license.
No more than two moving violations and/or at-fault accidents on the driving record in the past three years.
No drug- or alcohol-related convictions on the driving record within the past five years, including DUI/DWI.

Responsibilities

Meet and greet customers professionally, warmly, and promptly.
Provide efficient customer service by explaining rental terms and conditions, vehicle features, and other services.
Use company-approved sales and service techniques to assess customer needs and offer optional protection products, upgrades, fuel options, and additional equipment.
Offer directions, maps, local-area information, and appropriate service information.
Answer incoming calls about reservations, rate quotes, and general questions, and provide information and resolution for customers, other branches, and vendors.
Place outgoing calls for callback management and other assigned purposes.
Help assess the condition of rental vehicles upon return.
Notify management of known customer problems, vehicle problems, and required vehicle maintenance.
Build knowledge and skills through on-the-job development and company-sponsored classroom training.
Perform miscellaneous and backup job-related duties as assigned.
Seek to improve performance through self-assessment, skill development, training, and goal setting.
Maintain regular and reliable attendance and punctuality.
