Customer Experience Champion [Chapman Hwy, FT]
About The Position
Customer Experience Champions are the face of Harper Auto Wash and are responsible for creating excellent customer experiences in a modern, high-energy car wash facility. The role calls for friendly, enthusiastic, and professional customer service. Champions may work in sales by explaining unlimited passes at pay stations, guide and prepare vehicles in the wash tunnel, or clean vehicle interiors as part of a team. Most team members develop skills across all three areas. This is a full-time position at the Chapman Highway Harper Auto Wash, paying $14 per hour plus tips. The role involves working in a fast-paced environment and in all weather conditions, standing for extended periods, and lifting at least 20 pounds as needed.
Requirements

Responsibilities
- Provide friendly and enthusiastic customer service and warmly greet every customer.
- Communicate clearly, using eye contact and hand gestures when guiding customers.
- Explain procedures and answer customer questions professionally.
- Explain the value of unlimited passes to customers at pay stations.
- Visually inspect and prepare vehicles while following safety precautions.
- Safely guide vehicles into the wash tunnel and ensure correct placement on the conveyor belt.
- Confirm customers place their vehicles in Neutral before entering the wash.
- Inspect truck beds and roof racks for loose items or safety concerns.
- Conduct a brief high-pressure spray before vehicles enter the wash.
- Work as part of a team to clean interior windows, wipe dashboards, vacuum, and apply tire shine according to standard procedures.
- Manage time and clean vehicles efficiently within set time frames.
- Assist with routine cleaning and maintenance of equipment and the work environment.
- Follow company procedures and policies to provide a consistent, high-quality customer experience.
