About The Position

Enterprise Mobility is hiring a regular full-time Customer Assistance Representative at its Enterprise Rent-A-Car location at Maui Airport. The position pays $21.50 per hour. The representative provides customer service primarily face-to-face while assisting internal and external customers with branch and rental needs. Local training and hands-on experience prepare the representative to provide administrative support, serve customers, and provide rental backup in a large home-city branch or airport location. The role requires 40 hours per week within the hours of 2:30 p.m. to 11 p.m., including weekends and holidays. Requirements

Must be at least 18 years old.
Must have a valid U.S. driver's license with no more than three moving violations and/or at-fault accidents on the driving record in the past three years.
Must have no drug- or alcohol-related conviction on the driving record in the past five years.
Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work-authorization sponsorship from the company now or in the future.
Must be able to work 40 hours per week within the hours of 2:30 p.m. to 11 p.m., including weekends and holidays, apart from religious observation.

Responsibilities

Answer incoming calls about reservations, rate quotes, and general questions; provide information and resolve issues for customers, other branches, insurance companies, dealerships, repair shops, and vendors.
Make outgoing calls for callback management, accounts receivable, and other assigned purposes.
Assist customers in person and over the phone, assess their rental needs, and provide a high level of customer service.
Greet customers in a friendly and timely manner, provide directions, and offer general assistance.
Help assess the condition of rental vehicles upon return.
Process returns, check-ins, and exit-kiosk transactions.
Market the company while safely and courteously picking up or dropping off customers and assisting them as needed.
Explain rental terms and conditions, vehicle features, and other services.
May sell optional protection products, upgrades, fuel options, and additional equipment.
Notify management of known vehicle problems and required maintenance.
Clean vehicle interiors and exteriors by hand or with washing equipment as needed.
Perform administrative and basic accounting tasks, including research and billing support, accounts receivable, transfer and key logs, miscellaneous reports, supply maintenance, and customer billing.
Perform other miscellaneous and backup job-related duties as assigned.
