Customer Ambassador (Full Time)
About The Position
Eurest is hiring a full-time Customer Ambassador at Delta in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. The role supports a welcoming hospitality environment by greeting guests, offering samples, engaging with customers at tables, and leading guest-facing marketing and wellness programs. The Customer Ambassador explains menu items, assists customers with purchasing decisions, and ensures food displays and service meet presentation standards. The position requires customer service, catering, and food and beverage safety experience. The schedule is full time, with days and hours that may vary, and requires weekend and holiday availability. The fixed pay rate is $17.00 per hour.
Requirements
- Customer service experience.
- Catering experience.
- Food and beverage safety experience.
- Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
Responsibilities
- Greet every customer and interact in a manner that ensures a high level of hospitality.
- Greet team members and ensure they have what they need to be successful each day.
- Relay relevant customer concerns to supervisors.
- Ensure marketing, wellness, and culinary programs are current and in place.
- Lead weekly guest promotions and programs.
- Share best practices and recognize co-workers.
- Demonstrate understanding of daily menu items and explain them accurately to customers.
- Use selling techniques and clear communication to assist customers with buying and decision-making.
- Ensure display foods are attractively merchandised according to standards.
- Serve food neatly and attractively according to standards.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
