CUSTOMER AMBASSADOR (FULL TIME)
About The Position
Eurest is hiring a full-time Customer Ambassador at Delta in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. The role helps create a hospitable guest experience by greeting customers, offering samples, engaging with guests at tables, and leading guest-facing marketing and wellness programs. The Customer Ambassador also supports team members, communicates customer concerns to supervisors, explains menu items, and helps ensure food displays and service meet presentation standards. The schedule is full time, with days and hours that may vary. Weekend and holiday availability is required. The fixed pay rate is $17.00 per hour, and weekly pay and parking are noted as perks. Applications are accepted on an ongoing basis until openings are filled.
Requirements
- Customer service experience.
- Catering experience.
- Food and beverage safety experience.
- Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
- Must be able to work weekends and holidays.
Responsibilities
- Greet every customer and interact in a way that ensures a high level of hospitality.
- Greet team members and ensure they have what they need to be successful each day.
- Relay relevant customer concerns to supervisors.
- Ensure marketing, wellness, and culinary programs are current and in place.
- Lead weekly promotions and programs for guests.
- Share best practices and recognize co-workers.
- Understand daily menu items and explain them accurately to customers.
- Use selling techniques, communicate with customers, and assist with their buying and decision-making process.
- Merchandise display foods attractively according to standards and serve food neatly and attractively.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
