About The Position

Eurest is hiring a full-time Customer Ambassador in Florence, Kentucky. The role creates a hospitable guest experience by greeting customers, offering samples, engaging with guests, and leading guest-facing marketing and wellness programs. The Customer Ambassador explains menu items, supports customer purchasing decisions, ensures food displays and service meet presentation standards, and helps team members succeed. Hospitality or retail experience is preferred, but training is available.

Responsibilities

Greet every customer and interact with them to provide a high level of hospitality.
Greet team members and ensure they have what they need to succeed each day.
Relay relevant customer concerns to supervisors.
Ensure marketing, wellness, and culinary programs are current and in place.
Lead weekly guest promotions and programs.
Share best practices and recognize co-workers.
Understand daily menu items and explain them accurately to customers.
Use effective selling techniques, communicate with customers, and assist with buying and decision-making.
Ensure display foods are attractively merchandised and serve food neatly and attractively according to standards.
Perform other duties as assigned.
