About The Position

The Customer Ambassador helps create a hospitable guest experience by greeting customers, offering samples, touching tables, and leading guest-facing marketing and wellness programs. The role involves explaining menu items, supporting customers’ purchasing decisions, and ensuring food is presented and served attractively. The position is based at 1 North Jefferson Avenue, Saint Louis, MO 63103, with a Monday–Friday schedule from 6:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.

Requirements

At least 3 years of excellent customer service experience.
Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

Greet every customer and interact in a way that ensures a high level of hospitality.
Greet team members and ensure they have what they need to be successful each day.
Relay relevant customer concerns to supervisors.
Ensure marketing, wellness, and culinary programs are current and in place.
Lead weekly promotions and programs for guests.
Share best practices and recognize co-workers.
Understand daily menu items and explain them accurately to customers.
Use selling techniques and good communication to assist customers with buying and decision-making.
Ensure display foods are attractively merchandised according to standards.
Serve food neatly and attractively according to standards.
Perform other duties as assigned.
