Customer Ambassador (Full Time)
About The Position
The Customer Ambassador helps create a welcoming hospitality environment by greeting guests, offering samples, touching tables, and leading guest-facing marketing and wellness programs. The role includes greeting and supporting team members, relaying customer concerns to supervisors, ensuring marketing, wellness, and culinary programs are current, and leading weekly guest promotions. The ambassador explains menu items, supports customer purchasing decisions through effective communication, and ensures food displays and service meet presentation standards. Other duties may be assigned. This is a full-time position at 7080 New Buffington Road, Florence, Kentucky. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 6:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. Pay is $18.00 to $19.00 per hour. Hospitality and/or retail experience is preferred, and training is available.

- Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities
- Greet every customer and interact in a manner that ensures a high level of hospitality.
- Greet team members and ensure they have what they need to be successful each day.
- Relay relevant customer concerns to supervisors.
- Ensure marketing, wellness, and culinary programs are current and in place.
- Lead weekly promotions and programs for guests.
- Share best practices and recognize co-workers.
- Understand daily menu items and explain them accurately to customers.
- Use effective communication and selling techniques to assist customers in the buying and decision-making process.
- Ensure display foods are attractively merchandised according to standards.
- Serve food neatly and attractively according to standards.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
