About The Position
The Customer Ambassador helps create a welcoming hospitality environment by greeting guests, offering samples, engaging with customers, and leading guest-facing marketing and wellness programs. The role supports customers and team members, communicates customer concerns to supervisors, and helps ensure programs and food displays meet service standards. The position is full-time at Delta, 500 Terminal Drive, Boston, Massachusetts. The schedule varies by day and hours and includes weekends and holidays. Pay is $20.00 per hour, with weekly pay and parking listed as perks.
Requirements
- Customer service experience is required.
- Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
Responsibilities
- Greet every customer and interact with them to ensure a high level of hospitality.
- Greet team members and ensure they have what they need to be successful each day.
- Relay relevant customer concerns to supervisors.
- Ensure marketing, wellness, and culinary programs are current and in place.
- Lead weekly guest promotions and programs.
- Share best practices and recognize co-workers.
- Understand daily menu items and explain them accurately to customers.
- Use selling techniques, communicate with customers, and assist with their buying and decision-making process.
- Ensure display foods are attractively merchandised according to standards.
- Serve food neatly and attractively according to standards.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
