About The Position

The Customer Ambassador drives a hospitable environment by greeting guests, offering samples, touching tables, and leading guest-facing marketing and wellness programs. The position is based at 1525 West WT Harris Boulevard, Charlotte, NC 28262. It is a full-time role with a Monday–Friday schedule; hours may vary. Pay is $16.00–$18.00 per hour. At least one year of experience is required.

Requirements

At least one year of experience.
Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

Greet every customer and interact in a way that ensures a high level of hospitality.
Greet team members and ensure they have what they need to be successful each day.
Relay relevant customer concerns to supervisors.
Ensure marketing, wellness, and culinary programs are current and in place.
Lead weekly promotions and programs for guests.
Share best practices and recognize co-workers.
Understand daily menu items and explain them accurately to customers.
Advocate selling techniques by communicating with customers and assisting with the buying and decision-making process.
Merchandise display foods attractively and serve food neatly and attractively according to standards.
Perform other duties as assigned.
