About The Position

Capital Management Services (CMS), a Buffalo-based company specializing in first-party account servicing for a nationally recognized financial institution, is hiring a Customer Account Representative for personal loan servicing. The representative works with customers whose personal loans are $8,000 to $40,000 and are 2 to 90 days past due, helping resolve recently missed payments and identify repayment solutions. This is first-party account servicing, not third-party debt collection or charged-off debt recovery. The role is full-time, 40 hours per week, and on-site in Buffalo, New York. Starting pay is $17.00 per hour, with the opportunity to earn up to $500 per month in performance bonuses. Training is paid; the posting gives both a November 16, 2026 training-class hiring notice and an August 10, 2026 training-start date.
