About The Position

Capital Management Services is hiring a Customer Account Representative for first-party personal loan servicing. The Buffalo-based company services accounts for a nationally recognized financial institution. The role involves working with customers whose personal loans range from $8,000 to $40,000 and are 2 to 90 days past due, helping them resolve recently missed payments and identify repayment solutions. This is first-party account servicing, not third-party debt collection or charged-off debt recovery. The representative is expected to provide professional, customer-focused service and represent the client with professionalism. This is a full-time, on-site position in Buffalo, New York, with 40 hours per week. Starting pay is $17.00 per hour, with the opportunity to earn up to $500 per month in performance bonuses.
