Retail- Seasonal Custom Framer
About The Position
The Custom Framer builds customer relationships by creating memorable custom framing solutions and helping customers shop. The role supports a safe, clean, clutter-free, well-merchandised, and in-stock store environment while completing framing orders accurately, to a high standard of quality, and on time. It also supports sales, production, store operations, customer service, and company policies and procedures. The position is based in a public retail store. Work may include nights, weekends, and early mornings. Public areas are climate controlled, while some stock rooms may not be. Some outdoor work may be required when retrieving shopping carts or unloading trucks. The frame shop contains a glass cutter and heat press.
Requirements
- Basic computer skills.
- Basic measuring skills.
- Ability to operate framing equipment and a glass cutter.

Responsibilities
- Follow Standard Operating Procedures and company programs, policies, and standards, including applicable legal requirements.
- Build customer relationships and create custom framing solutions using the company’s Elevated ABC approach.
- Deliver sales and production results; complete framing orders to a high standard of quality and on time.
- Maintain the ready-made frame department and other assigned areas, including SISO and Directed Replenishment.
- Provide friendly customer service, help customers locate products, and offer solutions.
- Maintain a safe, clean, clutter-free, well-merchandised, and in-stock store environment.
- Support shrink and safety programs.
- Interact respectfully with others, remain positive in difficult situations, promote company values, and serve as a positive role model.
- Participate in truck unloading and stocking according to company standards and budget.
- Operate the cash register and handle cash according to standards.
- Assist with omnichannel processes.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
