About The Position
The Custodian maintains a safe and clean environment. The role includes cleaning restrooms, break rooms, office areas, and conference rooms; transporting waste and cardboard; and performing other miscellaneous duties as directed by the immediate supervisor within the scope of the job. The custodian may operate a hand lift truck or other material-handling devices and may assist with training and qualifying associates and developing more efficient ways to maintain the plant. The role also involves anticipating issues such as delays or material shortages, informing the area supervisor or other involved personnel, and/or resolving problems as required. The position requires the ability to lift up to 40 pounds and to drive a fork truck. Various assembly hand and air tools are listed as equipment used.

Responsibilities
- Maintain a safe and clean environment.

- Lift and transport waste and cardboard as necessary.
- Clean restrooms, break rooms, office areas, and conference rooms.

- Perform additional miscellaneous duties as directed by the immediate supervisor within the scope of the job.
- Provide support functions.
- Assist in the training and qualification of other associates.
