About The Position

Prestige Maintenance USA is hiring a Custodian to perform general cleaning and floor-care duties in customer facilities. The role includes maintaining clean, organized, and safe spaces, including restrooms, offices, cafeterias, and sales floors. The custodian follows the company schedule and customer expectations and completes other required tasks as directed by the Lead Custodian or Management. Requirements

Ability to perform essential job functions, including lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, or moving materials weighing up to 50 pounds.
Ability to perform repetitive physical activities, including bending, twisting, reaching, climbing, squatting, pushing, and pulling on a regular basis.
Ability to safely and effectively operate small power tools.
Ability to stoop, kneel, crawl, bend, turn, and reach in areas that may not be fully air-conditioned.
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, including climbing stairs and ladders.
Ability to work independently and effectively in a fast-paced or stressful environment.
Reliability and punctuality.

Responsibilities

Keep facilities clean and safe.
Sweep, mop, vacuum, and clean floors.
Remove trash and recycling; empty wastebaskets and replace liners as needed.
Restock supplies and refill restroom dispensers.
Clean and sanitize toilets, basins, and urinals.
Damp mop floors with disinfectant and spot-clean soiled areas as needed.
Perform general cleaning in restrooms, offices, cafeterias, sales floors, and other assigned areas.
Perform stripping, waxing, and wet floor care.
Use equipment such as scrubbers, extractors, and buffers.
Complete assignments according to the company schedule and customer expectations.
Perform general required tasks as directed by the Lead Custodian or Management.
Follow safety guidelines and company policies and procedures regarding safety, customer service, and proper attire.
