About The Position

As a Part-Time Supervisor at Great Lakes Crossing Outlets, you will support the management team in creating a positive customer experience and achieving business results. You will help execute store operations, maintain an appealing store, and foster an environment that develops and engages managers, associates, and customers. The role reports to the Store Manager. You will perform point-of-sale transactions on designated shifts and carry out supervisor functions when the Store Manager is absent.

The position requires flexible availability to meet business needs, including evenings and weekends, and may involve occasional travel to other store locations. It also involves bending, lifting, opening, and moving products and fixtures weighing up to 50 pounds as needed.
