About The Position

As a Part-Time Supervisor, you will support the management team in creating a strong customer experience and delivering results. You will help execute store operations, maintain a visually appealing store, and foster a positive environment for managers, associates, and customers. The role includes supporting sales and business growth, demonstrating product and operational knowledge, engaging customers, and maintaining merchandising and operational standards. On designated shifts, you will perform POS transactions and carry out supervisor functions when the Store Manager is absent. The Part-Time Supervisor reports to the Store Manager.

Responsibilities

• Support the management team in achieving sales results and growing the business.
• Demonstrate product knowledge, selling skills, and operational skills to maximize sales.
• Engage with customers to build relationships and brand loyalty using company tools.
• Model the customer experience for team members.
• Support the management team in consistently meeting store merchandising and operational standards.
• Be accountable for assigned tasks and results.
• Learn about all aspects of the business and share ideas to drive it forward.
• Maintain a positive and professional attitude to create a good work environment.
• Perform POS transactions on designated shifts and execute supervisor functions in the absence of the Store Manager.
