About The Position

The Custodial Supervisor leads a team responsible for keeping a client's facilities clean and well-maintained in Downtown Missouri. The role oversees cleaning offices, bathrooms, breakrooms, common areas, other facility areas, and Metro Trains, as well as inspections and inventory management. The supervisor may need to assist with cleaning when staffing is short and must commute between buildings using a dependable vehicle. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., with open weekend availability required. Starting pay is $19.00 per hour and is negotiable for experienced candidates. The role offers potential growth into management positions.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in a leadership role.
• Strong leadership skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and handle a high-volume workload.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to walk and/or stand for extended periods.
• Must have a reliable vehicle.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Must have open availability on weekends.

Responsibilities

• Direct team members to accomplish tasks.
• Communicate client needs to management.
• Report staff or facility issues to management.
• Clean offices, restrooms, and other assigned areas, including Metro Trains.
• Stock restrooms.
• Conduct inspections and manage inventory.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Report maintenance issues or damage to management.
• Follow safety and sanitation policies and procedures.
• Step in to assist the team during personnel shortages.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
