About The Position

American Senior Communities is hiring a Culinary Server for Allisonville Meadows Assisted Living. The role supports residents by helping provide safe, nutritious, and enjoyable meals through meal preparation and service, while maintaining a clean work environment. Shifts listed are 10:30 a.m.–7:00 p.m., with full-time and part-time options available on weekdays and weekends. The server works with culinary leaders and service staff to support residents’ dining needs. Responsibilities include preparing and portioning meals according to menus and residents’ dietary requirements, setting up trays and carts, collecting soiled trays, washing dishes, and cleaning equipment to maintain a sanitary workplace. Requirements

Commitment to customer service.
Willingness to perform routine tasks and work effectively alongside the culinary team and leaders.

Nice To Haves

Certification in sanitation or safe food handling; certifications may be earned while employed with ASC unless required by state or federal agencies.
Prior restaurant server experience.

Responsibilities

Partner with culinary leaders to meet residents’ needs and provide a positive dining experience.
Assist with preparing and portioning meal items according to the menu and residents’ dietary requirements.
Set up trays and carts in preparation for serving residents.
Work with service staff to collect soiled trays and wash dishes.
Clean equipment as needed and maintain a clean, sanitary workplace.
